This review is specific to the work performed by Johny in the Service Department. I stopped in to see about getting new tires mounted on a set of rims for my 2016 Harley Davidson. I was looking for someone who could fit the work in, in a timely manner, and do the work professionally like I would expect at a dealership. I am hear to say that Johny was over the top! He has awesome customer relationship skills, being friendly and understanding about the work I wanted done. He listens to my concerns around things like concern about not scratching the finish and my difficulty in reading tire pressure on the rear tire. Johny spent the time to listen to my concerns and offered up ideas and reassurance that care would be taken on the work. He then offered for me to bring in the tires at any time that worked around my schedule and stated that he could have them mounted and back to me in a single day.

So outcome of this experience. Johny stayed true to his word and called me back the same day that I delivered the tires to him. Not only did the work come back on time but in EXCELLENT condition. Johny went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction by taking additional steps to solve my concerns with reading tire pressure by implementing a new and improved tire valve system. WOW!

I am hear to tell you that if you expect quality work and great customer service, don't hesitate to stop into Motorcycle MAXX and ask for Johny in the service department! I will be a return customer for sure!

I purchased a used Harley trike in 2017. I notice a bad rear sprocket in the rear end going bad. Took it in to Josh and his crew to get look at. They replaced it with new parts and got me all ready for 2018 riding season. They where great easy going people to work with.The warrenty is great. The guys in the service department were great. After $1500 repairs I was a little sticker shocked but realized it was my own doing by not maintaining the battery correctly over the winter. Really appreciated the great service, keep it up Motorcycle Maxx!

I have used your Service Department in the past but much improved over my past experiences. I spoke with the Service Manager, Brian for quite some time about the new changes. Very pleasant person and very concerned and wanting to make sure my experience was a very positive one. I also spoke to Tom in sales and he was incredibly knowledgeable and just a great person to speak to about the possibility of trading in my current bike. Great experience all around.
